The meticulously, humorously dissected moment in question was a simple exchange of words between HOV and Nicole Curran, who’s married to Warriors boss Joe Lacob. As beautifully recalled in a USA Today piece Thursday, the quick exchange of none-of-our-business words was indeed followed by a perceived reaction of sorts from Beyoncé, the ensuing studying of which should come as no shocker to anyone familiar with how these kinds of viral moments usually play out.
As the clip made its presence known the world over, fans started up the bee emoji commenting machine.

BuzzFeed noted in a separate report on this truly breaking news story that Curran has since turned off the comments feature on her Instagram account. She also reportedly clapped back at the Beyhive, according to The Shade Room, and shared a blurry snap of her and Beyoncé from the game, captioning it “We should all help and support each other.”
Before we cease writing about this and instead dive into tweeted reactions to it all, let’s take a moment to appreciate some recent Jay x Bey developments. Earlier this week, for example, Kid Cudi casually revealed to fans during a Twitter Q&A that he has an unreleased “Wild’n Cuz I’m Young” remix in the vault featuring a verse from the recently Forbes-confirmed billionaire. Beyoncé, meanwhile, is fresh off a massive Netflix deal that’s already given fans the release of the blockbuster Homecoming concert film and accompanying soundtrack.
